Stuart Broad's leg bruise

Post by Major Wedgie » Tue Dec 17, 2013 12:46 pm

Stuart Broad got hit in the shin by a Mitchell Johnson delivery at a reasonable pace. The doctors in Perth told him it was just bruised so he's had the x-rays sent to England, because why? Are Australian doctors that bad? Is it too far fetched to think that he might need an "insider" to bail him out of the situation where he is missing a test where England lose the Ashes because of a bruise? Yeah the was a bone that was shattered into a milling pieces that the incompetent Australian doctors just missed because they are Australian. Hooray Henry.

Anyhow, with the Trott going home with fear in his eyes and now with Broad missing half a test with a bruise, you just have to think the poms have given up.

Broad back for the fourth test after chickening out of the third. At least he can say he wasn't in the side that lost the Ashes and might be able to claim that they lost because he was out with a slightly bruised foot.

Anyway good to see you back, Nancy.
